ummary Our client is seeking a Sales Representative to profitably maintain and grow industrial electronic, motor, and hydraulic sales while meeting organizational objectives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the following (other duties may be assigned): * Generate leads by monitoring business and industry trends that align with our client's core services. * Follow up on leads generated by internal staff, web services, and/or external sources. * Conduct cold calls and network to identify key decision-makers with potential new customers. * Develop a targeted sales plan that supports our client's strategic objectives and leadership direction. * Establish daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales goals, including number of calls, units, sales volume, and margins. * Monitor progress and take corrective action to achieve closed sales. * Demonstrate company values consistently in interactions with customers and internal teams. * Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing detailed information regarding delivery or quality concerns. * Negotiate terms and close sales in collaboration with operations to ensure margins, delivery, and quality specifications are met. * Partner with internal departments (Customer Service, Account Management) to ensure a seamless transition from new customer to established business partner. * Vet potential customers to ensure a mutually beneficial partnership. * Attend staff meetings and other required sessions to discuss sales trends, competitive activities, and opportunities. * Achieve measurable results in new revenue growth through effective marketing and sales techniques. * Represent our client at industry trade shows to enhance brand recognition. * Perform other duties as directed by leadership. Education and Experience: * Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. * 1-3 years of experience in electronic, motor, hydraulic, or technical repair industry, with at least one year in sales, account management, or a customer-facing role. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Technical knowledge of services offered (electronic, electromechanical, and industrial repair). * Familiarity with electronic and industrial repair markets. * Ability to interpret customer needs and propose solutions aligned with our client's services. * Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. * Self-driven with minimal supervision; strong initiative and drive to excel. * Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and internet research. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong listening and presentation abilities. * Ability to work professionally and confidentially across all levels of the organization. Work Environment: * Frequent sitting, walking, and standing; occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, and balancing. * Frequent use of hands and fingers for office equipment and computer work. * Ability to communicate effectively in person and via phone. * Occasional bending and climbing to inspect materials and products. * Ability to travel frequently to customer sites (driving and flying). * Primarily climate-controlled office environment. * Domestic travel required approximately 40-75% of the time. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Work Location: Hybrid remote in Atlanta, GA
