Role Overview At Novacrest, the Concierge Team is more than investor relations; it's the heart of our client experience. As a Concierge Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for new investors, providing white-glove savvy service from introduction to investment funding. This is not a call center role. It's a high-touch, relationship-driven position where your communication, precision, and professionalism shape the trust and reputation Novacrest is known for. You'll guide investors through every step- onboarding, funding, compliance, and account management, ensuring each interaction feels personal, seamless, and exclusive. Hours & Location * Office Hours: Monday-Thursday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. EST; Friday, 9 a.m.-3 p.m. EST. * Location: 1418 S Narcoossee Rd Saint Cloud, FL 34771 * Availability: On-call for inbound investor inquiries until 8 p.m. EST, Monday through Saturday. Compensation & Structure * Employment Type: W-2 Employee * Compensation: Training pay then competitive base salary plus commission * Reports to: VP of Investor Relations * Team: Works collaboratively alongside other Concierge Associates Key Responsibilities Investor Experience & Communication * Serve as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries via phone, email, CRM, and investor portals. * Guide investors through the onboarding process, which includes setting up the portal, completing documents, coordinating funding, and ensuring compliance. * Deliver timely, high-touch communication that builds confidence and reinforces Novacrest's premium experience. * Maintain accurate investor records and status updates in CRM and reporting sheets. * Respond to all new inbound leads within minutes, Monday through Saturday from 9 am-8 pm EST, ensuring immediate engagement and investor confidence. Relationship Management * Proactively follow up with investors to ensure deadlines are met for signing, funding, and rollover processes. * Anticipate investor needs and deliver proactive solutions to exceed expectations. * Represent Novacrest with polish and professionalism in all communications and events. Operational Coordination * Collaborate with internal departments, contracts, operations, and marketing to ensure smooth investor transitions and flawless execution. * Track investor progress through CRM pipelines and ensure data integrity. * Support executive-level initiatives that enhance investor satisfaction and retention. Performance Expectations * Speed to Lead: All inbound inquiries must be contacted or acknowledged within 5 minutes (9 a.m.-8 p.m. EST, Monday-Saturday). * Responsiveness: Slack and team communications are acknowledged within 1 hour. Investor communications acknowledged or returned within 1-2 hours (Monday-Saturday, 9 a.m.-8 p.m. EST). * Consistency: Deliver investor follow-ups and onboarding milestones on time, every time. * Accountability: Maintain accurate tracking of investor status and progress within CRM systems. * Professionalism: Uphold Novacrest's tone of trust, discretion, and premium service. * Metrics: Meet or exceed established KPIs related to onboarding, response times, and investor satisfaction. What We 're Looking For * Confident communicator: Comfortable speaking with high-net-worth individuals and accredited investors, often discussing investments in the six- to seven-figure range with professionalism, discretion, and ease. * Polished personality: Warm, confident, and clear on the phone and in person. * Experienced professional: Background in financial services, real estate, hospitality, or luxury client relations preferred. * Organized & detail-driven: Able to manage multiple investors, timelines, and moving parts without losing precision. * Tech-comfortable: Proficient in CRMs, investor portals, and Google Workspace. * Proactive & reliable: A natural problem-solver who anticipates needs and executes with excellence. * Language skills: Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese a plus (not required).
