Full description of the position

We are seeking a results-driven Sales & Marketing Representative with a proven track record in healthcare--particularly in the nursing home, long- term care, hospice and home health environment. This role is ideal for someone who understands the unique dynamics of wound care across the various care providers within the medical community and can build strong relationships with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and develop new business opportunities within nursing homes and long-term care facilities * Establish and maintain strong relationships with Directors of Nursing, Administrators, and Wound Care Coordinators * Promote wound care services and solutions to improve patient outcomes and facility compliance * Conduct facility visits, presentations, and in-services as needed * Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and service process * Track and report on sales performance, lead generation, and pipeline development * Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities Qualifications: * 2+ years of experience in sales/marketing within healthcare, preferably in wound care or related services * Strong existing network within nursing homes/SNFs * Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills * Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation We Offer: * Base salary + performance-based commission * Flexible scheduling * A collaborative and supportive team environment Join us in delivering life-changing care to patients who need it most.
