Jr Sales Coordinator / Quoting Specialist Location: CINCINNATI, OH (ON-SITE) Salary Range: $20 -$23 PER HOUR Who Are We? • Fully in-office role for strong collaboration and learning What Will You Do? As the Quoting Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales team by preparing accurate and timely customer quotes. Your responsibilities will include:
• Reviewing quote requests from the sales team and clarifying details when needed
• Researching and identifying suitable product options that meet customer requirements
• Obtaining product pricing, lead times, and availability from suppliers and internal systems
• Preparing accurate, competitive quotes with consistent turnaround times
• Maintaining strong relationships with supplier partners to ensure accurate cost and inventory information
• Collaborating internally with sales, purchasing, and operations teams
• Tracking quotes in internal systems, updating records, and managing follow-ups as required What Do You Bring?
• Experience in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
• Strong research and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple quotes under tight timelines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and general computer software
• Experience in customer service, order management, or administrative roles is an asset
• Prior experience with ERP or quoting software (P21/Epicor is a plus)
• A willingness to learn, strong sense of urgency, and a team-first mindset MT2
