This role is designed for someone who enjoys working with existing clients, delivering excellent service, and actively uncovering sales opportunities within an established book of business. You'll handle inbound calls and in- office client needs while also identifying coverage gaps, recommending additional products, and generating referrals through meaningful, relationship-based conversations. This is an in-office position, with plans to relocate the office to the Carmel/Fishers area by May (approximately a 30-minute move north). Responsibilities * Manage a personal lines book of established clients, handling inbound service needs, renewals, and coverage reviews. * Identify coverage gaps and recommend additional products through consultative conversations. * Drive growth within the existing book through account rounding, cross-selling, and referral generation. * Meet individual service and sales activity goals. * Stay current on industry changes and product updates.
