What You 'll Do * Engage with customers face to face in a retail setting to answer questions, provide product information, and offer tailored telecom solutions. * Assist with order processing, payment handling, and resolving issues -- ensuring a smooth point of sale experience. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using Microsoft Office and other tools. * Help clients understand our services and -- where appropriate -- upsell or cross-sell additional offerings. * Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and elevate the overall customer experience. * Analyze customer feedback and data, identify trends, and suggest improvements to enhance service quality. What We 're Looking For * Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus (but not required -- we provide hands-on training). * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Bilingual candidates (English + another language) are highly encouraged to apply, not required. * Comfortable multitasking and working in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment. * Motivated, coachable, and eager to grow -- whether you're starting out or scaling your career.
