Account Manager Canoga Park, CA Full time - Temp to hire Monday through Friday - 8am to 5pm $23hr to start A manufacturing company specializing in the design and production of custom- made branding irons and metal stamps. Products serve a diverse customer base, and we pride ourselves on quality craftsmanship, responsiveness, and strong customer relationships. Summary: Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team in Canoga Park. This role is responsible for managing customer accounts from initial inquiry through order completion, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting sales growth through proactive communication and follow-up. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is customer-focused, and has a strong background in sales and customer service. Responsibilities: * Prepare and send accurate quotes based on customer specifications and requirements. * Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email. * Maintain ongoing customer correspondence and build long-term rapport. * Place outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. * Follow up on submitted quotes to drive order conversion. * Educate customers on products, options, and capabilities. * Create and process customer orders accurately within internal systems. * Manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. * Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and account activity. Qualifications: * Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining strong organizational skills. * Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Detail-oriented, highly organized, and dependable. * Background in sales and customer service required. * Strong computer proficiency. * Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems preferred. * Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. * Energetic, self-motivated, and collaborative team player. * Friendly demeanor with the ability to adapt easily to the work environment. * Professional, reliable, and customer-focused. * Reading and writing in Spanish is a plus. indH Pay: From $23.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Referral program * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
