Job Description: Coast Personnel Services is actively hiring an Outside Business Development Representative (Staffing) out of the Durham, NC office. The position is full- time with Coast and not a placement. The successful candidate will have the opportunity for career advancement within the company. We're seeking a team member who: Thrives on talking to people and solving problems Is customer-focused Is self-motivated and views themselves as the owner of their territory Is performance driven and goal obsessed Essential functions and responsibilities: Works with sales management to develop and execute on the strategic territory business plan Leverages existing professional networks and relationships to quickly drive results Builds and maintains a strong pipeline of qualified leads Actively brings in new business to ensure continuous growth and market expansion Collaborates with the sales teams in other regions to discuss strategy and share insights Qualifications: Proven experience in the staffing industry, with an emphasis on light industrial sectors such as manufacturing and logistics Experience in B2B outside sales preferred Candidates must live and be familiar with the greater Durham area Excellent verbal and written communication skills College degree or equivalent experience Holds a valid driver's license and has reliable transportation Basic computer knowledge (e.g., MS Office) Compensation: On-target earnings (base + commission) of $105,000 Competitive benefits package Coast Personnel Services is a privately held staffing company with offices across the United States.
