Position Summary: Larson Air Conditioning is growing, and we're looking for a high-energy Inside Sales Representative who loves connecting with people, thrives on hitting goals, and knows how to turn conversations into closed deals. What You Bring to the Table: * Strong verbal communication and a magnetic personality. * A competitive edge and a hunger to close deals and beat goals. * Confidence making outbound calls and handling objections. * A knack for connecting with people and building trust quickly. * Organized, self-motivated, and accountable to results. * Experience in HVAC, home services, or phone-based sales is a plus--but not required.
