Your Role: At Apollo Home, our Sewer Camera Technicians, visit warm leads without having to run the cable which means you work more confirmed sales opportunities per day. You will play a critical role in investigating water and sewer systems to uncover opportunities for profitable excavation projects, repairs, and replacements. This role is more than just inspections, it's about consultative sales, customer solutions, and driving revenue while delivering top-tier service. * Execute sales presentations as outlined in Apollo Home sales procedures, building the value greater than the customer's investment * Assist customers to achieve healthy, comfortable, safe environments * Complete proposals and price jobs to our customers within the guidelines set forth by the company standards * Actively pursue referrals from satisfied customers * Visit jobs sold to assure quality, answer customer questions, collect and ask for referrals * Ensure profitability of the department by accurately proposing all jobs, using company developed pricing, with the emphasis on quality and value * Communicate with our support staff, in a timely and efficient manner details of jobs, financing and job scheduling * Utilize company technology for communication and sales documentation * Communicate to Installation Technician the job requirements and expectations of the customer through verbal communication, pictures, drawings, and written forms * Attend and participate in regular scheduled sales meetings, special sales training and technician technical training meetings on relevant topics What You Bring: * High school diploma required * 2+ years of sales or customer engagement experience preferred * 1+ years plumbing preferred * Nexstar System training a plus * People Skills: Charismatic, outgoing, and able to build rapport quickly * Communication: Confident in engaging with customers and explaining our services * Drive & Energy: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ready to take initiative Physical Requirements: * Ability to stand and move around for extended periods * Ability to lift or maneuver up to 50 pounds * Comfortable working in home setting and engaging with a variety of people Ready to Make an Impact?
