Position Summary Electronic Representatives, Inc. (ERI) is expanding into key U.S. regions and seeking an Area Sales Manager to develop new accounts and grow design-in opportunities for Nelson Miller Group, Altran Magnetics, and other custom solution providers. This role focuses on early engineering engagement, account development, and positioning differentiated value-add solutions. Key Responsibilities * Develop new OEM accounts across the assigned territory. * Represent the ERI brand and drive awareness of capabilities to an emerging account base. * Build a robust opportunity funnel and drive early-stage design activity. * Engage engineering teams to position value-add solutions: * Nelson Miller Group: Sub-assemblies, PCBA, HMI assemblies, membrane switches, touch interfaces, plastic injection molding, and other built-to-print solutions. * Altran Magnetics: DC Contactors, Solid State Relays, EMI Filters, and more. * Battery pack design, integration, power storage systems. * Interconnect and wire harness solutions. * Metal fabrication and magnetic/power components. * Coordinate supplier engagement, demos, engineering reviews, and design consultations. * Maintain CRM discipline and provide accurate forecasting. Target Verticals * Medical Devices * Industrial Control & Automation * Material Handling & Robotics * HVAC & Building Systems * Industrial OEM Manufacturing * Transportation, EV, and Specialty Vehicles Qualifications * Mechanical Engineering degree or 5+ years in technical/technology sales. * Strong communication and technical problem-solving skills. * Ability to travel 40-60% within the territory - Orlando, FL / Atlanta, GA / Alabama / Missouri * Experience with electromechanical assemblies, batteries, or power systems preferred.
