Overview

: The Foreclosure Processor will manage high-volume foreclosure accounts, utilizing vendor-related software daily. This self-directed role requires attention to detail, strong initiative, and the ability to adapt quickly.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Review accounts in foreclosure, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
• Conduct audits for bid accuracy and foreclosure fee calculations
• Verify documentation and property readiness for sale
• Process foreclosure postponements and complete SCRA searches
• Ensure timely task completion and adherence to company guidelines Ideal Candidate:
• 1+ year of foreclosure or mortgage servicing experience REQUIRED
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• 60+ WPM typing speed and advanced 10-key skills - will be tested
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities On-boarding

Requirements

:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Criminal Background & Drug Screening
