Join Our Team as a Sales Priority Responder - Drive Success by Selling Expert Mitigation Services and Making a Real Impact! SERVPRO Team Fosdick, is the premier restoration and reconstruction company in Northeast Ohio. We have expanded our operations to include 13 franchises in the Cleveland, Akron, Mansfield and Toledo areas. Our rapidly growing business has created an opportunity for a dedicated Sales Priority Responder, who is highly motivated, detailed-oriented, and customer-focused. The Sales Priority Responder is a key member of the Mitigation team who provides initial onsite contact with residential and commercial clients, develops scope of work and estimates. Primary Responsibilities: * Manage the customer experience and overall customer satisfaction. * Provide priority response to potential residential and commercial clients. * Develop scope of work for projects and creates initial estimates. * Negotiate client approval of project scope and estimate. * Document and/or review job file to support the services provided. * Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders. Education and Experience Requirements: * High School Diploma/GED required * Previous mitigation or construction background preferred * Must possess a strong sales mentality, with the drive to identify opportunities, build relationships, and close deals that contribute to business growth and success * Possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills * Must be willing to work on-call schedule on a rotating basis (includes rotating nights/weekends) We offer: * Excellent base salary + commission * Company vehicle, cell phone, and gas card * Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision & life insurance. * 401(k) plan with company match * Paid vacation and holidays Servpro is an equal opportunity employer.
