Responsibilities of the Fiber Sales Associate: * Meet directly with current and prospective customers within an assigned territory, offering personalized products and services that add value to their daily lives * Work with the senior sales team and other Fiber Sales Associates to improve the sales process and ensure a seamless customer experience * Consistently achieve sales goals set for the Fiber Sales Associate, actively contributing to the company's growth and success * Participate in weekly meetings to develop and improve sales, customer service, and leadership skills * Represent the company in a professional manner at all times * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales transactions to track customer retention and sales performance * Stay up to date on promotions, products, and services offered to effectively assist customers and drive sales opportunities Qualifications of the Fiber Sales Associate: * Prior experience as a Fiber Sales Associate, in customer service, or a related field is required * Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and self-motivation * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Reliable transportation to and from our office for work, daily * No formal sales experience needed - just the drive to succeed Whether you are just starting out in your career or looking for a change, Central Florida Solutions will give you the tools, support, and opportunity to succeed.
