As a Sales Consultant, you will engage with inbound leads, guide customers through the buying process, and close deals. This in-office role is ideal for those who thrive in a competitive, high-energy sales environment. Responsibilities * Engage and qualify leads from homeowners and businesses interested in steel buildings. * Conduct consultative selling by educating prospects on our products, warranties, and exclusive promotions. * Create urgency and close deals using effective sales strategies. * Follow up and manage the sales pipeline using our CRM system to track leads and maintain detailed notes. * Participate in a profit-based commission structure, earning commissions based on the profit of each sale. Qualifications * Sales-driven mindset with a passion for selling and persuading customers. * Strong communication skills, articulate, professional, and able to think on your feet. * Experience with CRM or lead-tracking software. * No degree required; intelligence, work ethic, and sales ability are valued. * Coachable and competitive, eager to learn, adapt, and succeed.
