Duties * Engage with potential clients through proactive cold calling, lead generation, and direct outreach to develop new business opportunities. * Manage a designated territory by identifying prospects, nurturing relationships, and expanding existing accounts through effective account management strategies. * Conduct compelling product demos and technical sales presentations to showcase solutions tailored to client needs. * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, manage sales pipelines, and analyze customer data for targeted marketing and upselling opportunities. * Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining excellent customer service standards. * Collaborate with marketing teams to implement strategies that boost brand awareness and generate qualified leads. * Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory performance to optimize future efforts. Qualifications * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a focus on territory management or account management. * Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication and customer service abilities. * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing leads and sales data. * Demonstrated ability in business development, lead generation, and direct sales techniques including cold calling. * Analytical skills to assess market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape for strategic planning. * Experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus but not required. * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
