We buy and sell A LOT of stuff -- tools, equipment, appliances, machinery, and everything in between. The problem? We have more inventory than time, and too many items sitting on shelves instead of being sold. We're looking for someone who thrives in an organized, fast-moving resale environment and can help us turn inventory into cash. If you know eBay, Facebook Marketplace, and online selling -- this job is for you. What You'll Do Organize and categorize incoming inventory from auctions and purchases Photograph items and create professional, detailed listings Post and manage listings on platforms such as eBay, Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, Craigslist, etc. Write accurate product descriptions and price items competitively Respond to buyer questions and manage communications Coordinate shipping or local pickup Track sales and keep inventory organized Help build a repeatable system to keep the process flowing Who We're Looking For Someone who: Has experience selling online (eBay, Marketplace, Amazon, etc.) Is tech-savvy and knows how to research item values Is organized and detail-oriented Works well independently once trained Can manage a large variety of items -- from small parts to heavy equipment Wants a flexible, part-time job with opportunities to grow Hours & Pay Part-time -- about 2-3 days per week to start $15-$20/hr based on experience Commission bonuses tied directly to total sales -- the more you list and sell, the more you make Why This Job is Awesome No corporate BS Your ideas and system will actually matter Tons of variety -- every day is something different Real opportunity for this role to grow into a full-time position if you crush it You'll literally get paid to turn unorganized inventory into profit Ideal Experience (not required, but a big plus) eBay store or marketplace selling experience Familiar with shipping platforms (PirateShip, ShipStation, USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) Photography skills Excel or inventory software How to Apply Send us: A short message about your experience with online selling Examples of listings you've created (if you have them) We're ready to hire immediately -- if you're motivated, organized, and know how to sell online, we want to talk to you.
