Compensation Package * Base Salary: $2,000/month * Individual Commission: 40% of Monthly Recurring Charges (MRC) on all personal sales * Team Override: 10% of your team's achieved MRC * Quarterly Bonus Program: Performance-based bonuses tied to individual and team milestones * Unlimited earning potential Your Mission This isn't just a sales job it's a ground-floor leadership opportunity. We're launching a new market, and we need a trailblazer to build the territory, win customers, and eventually lead a team. You'll begin by hitting the streets door knocking, cold calling, and developing local partnerships to introduce Cache to the market and close deals. Once traction is built, you'll help grow and manage a sales team under you, earning residuals and overrides along the way. Key Responsibilities * Launch and grow sales operations in a new market * Prospect through cold calling , door knocking , and local networking * Sell internet, phone, WiFi, structured cabling, and IT services to businesses * Handle the full sales cycle--from discovery to signed agreement * Track pipeline and progress in the CRM (training provided) * Onboard and mentor new reps as needed * Represent Cache with professionalism, urgency, and follow-through Ideal Candidate Profile * 2+ years in telecom, MSP, or B2B tech sales * Experience in outbound/field sales and self-generated pipeline * High-energy, self-directed, and resilient under pressure * Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership potential * Excellent communicator with consultative sales approach * Comfortable working in the field (not remote) * Bilingual a plus (Spanish, Korean, Mandarin, etc.) What We Provide * CRM (Zoho), branded email, VoIP line, and sales enablement materials * Ongoing product and sales training * Access to pre-qualified lead lists and referral opportunities * Full back-office support for provisioning, billing, and implementation * A team that truly supports each other--no ego, no blame, just solutions If you're ready to build something real, take ownership of your income, and be the face of a high-impact brand in your market, apply today.
