Job Summary We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will engage with prospective and existing clients, assess their needs, and confidently present granite and quartz solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong sales ability with excellent communication skills, and a commitment to building long-term customer relationships that drive consistent business growth. Key Responsibilities * Conduct warm outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and repeat business * Utilize company software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activity * Negotiate pricing and terms, close sales, and ensure a smooth customer experience from start to finish * Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues * Stay current on industry trends, materials, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products Qualifications & Skills * Experience in sales, interior design, or a related field preferred * Strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written * Proven negotiation and closing abilities * Proficiency with sales and customer management software * Comfortable with warm calling and proactive customer outreach * Solid business development mindset with the ability to identify new opportunities * Self-motivated, solutions-oriented, and driven to meet or exceed sales goals Why Join Us Join a company committed to delivering high-quality granite and quartz solutions in a supportive, customer-focused environment.
