Full-Time | Radeas Laboratory | Wake Forest/Raleigh, NC Pay: $44,000 per year + $500/month gas allowance Schedule: Monday to Friday | Day travel required | Occasional out-of-state travel About Us Radeas Laboratory is a fast-growing diagnostics company specializing in toxicology and clinical testing. Learn more: [please apply online] Job Summary This role supports and strengthens client relationships across North Carolina and beyond through a combination of onsite clinic presence and strong operational and administrative execution. The Account Manage r is client- facing but primarily responsible for owning the details that keep accounts running smoothly -- including coordination, communication, and follow-through. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and dependable -- someone who anticipates needs, communicates clearly, and executes administrative responsibilities with consistency and accuracy. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, clear expectations, and being responsible for the details that keep client relationships running smoothly. What You 'll Do Client & Clinic Relationship Support * Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients * Conduct regular onsite visits throughout North Carolina * Build strong rapport with clinic staff while maintaining professionalism and accountability * Escalate concerns appropriately and follow through until resolution Account Operations & Administrative Ownership * Own account setup, paperwork, and ongoing account maintenance from start to finish * Coordinate closely with Client Services on account needs, specimen issues, and required documentation * Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date account records and tracking Compliance & Reporting * Own daily and weekly clinic documentation and compliance requirements * Review sample volume and activity regularly and summarize trends, risks, or issues * Ensure reports are delivered accurately and on time, including manual uploads when needed Clinic & Collector Support * Maintain regular communication with Collectors/Phlebotomists to ensure clinics are properly supported * Coordinate onboarding and training for new Collectors/Phlebotomists and new accounts * Assist with coverage coordination when Collectors/Phlebotomists are unavailable Sales Support & Internal Coordination * Proactively identify and communicate account issues, risks, and wins * Support account-related research, preparation, scheduling, and follow-up * Ensure post-sale execution aligns with commitments made during the sales process Additional duties may be assigned as business needs evolve. Success Looks Like * Clinics feel supported, informed, and confident in the partnership * Issues are anticipated and addressed before escalating * Administrative and compliance details are handled accurately and consistently * Account onboarding, transitions, and ongoing operations run smoothly Required Skills & Attributes * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * High comfort level with computers and daily digital work (email, Word/Docs, spreadsheets, CRM systems) * Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities independently * Professional, personable, and confident communicating with clinic staff * Proactive mindset with strong ownership and follow-through * Comfortable representing the company in clinic settings Preferred Experience * Experience in healthcare, laboratory, medical office, or account operations roles * Familiarity with compliance documentation or regulated environments * Experience working with CRM systems, EMRs, or operational tracking tools Ready to join a team that values innovation, precision, and exceptional service?
