Responsibilities * Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including cold calling and territory management to identify new business opportunities. * Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers about roofing options, materials, and benefits. * Develop and nurture client relationships through account management strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. * Manage your goals by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets. * Utilize CRM software (JobNimbus) to track customer interactions, sales pipelines, and follow-up activities efficiently. * Negotiate pricing, contracts, and project timelines with clients while maintaining professionalism and transparency. * Collaborate with management to implement promotional campaigns that increase brand awareness and lead generation efforts. Skills * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within the home improvement or construction industry. * Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory sales operations effectively. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to build trust and close deals confidently. * Familiarity with CRM software like JobNimbus for lead tracking, analysis, and reporting. * Ability to perform product demos that highlight technical features and benefits clearly. * Skilled in territory management, lead generation techniques including cold calling, and inside/outside sales strategies. * Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and develop strategic plans for growth.
