Mid-West Family is seeking an experienced sales professional to fill the role of full-time Account Executive.. Job Responsibilities: Utilize Provided Business: Leverage the book of business provided to identify and cultivate prospects that fit our target account profile. Account Development: Convert target accounts into key accounts through effective cold calling and relationship-building. Client Communication: Articulate client needs and expectations to internal teams, ensuring seamless collaboration. Strategic Planning: Lead the development of tailored strategies and proposals that address client challenges and drive success. Resource for Clients: Position yourself and your team as invaluable resources for clients, customizing solutions to meet their objectives. Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about our inventory, products, events, and services to communicate effectively and compellingly. Additional Duties: Take on other responsibilities as assigned by the management team. Personal Requirements We're looking for a driven and experienced media sales professional who thrives on helping clients and exceeding expectations. Our ideal candidate will be extroverted, engaging, and comfortable working in a collaborative team environment where expertise is valued. You should be self-motivated, strategic, and eager to build strong relationships. The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude is essential.
