Job Overview Busam Subaru is seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will engage with customers both in-person and over the phone, guiding them through the car buying process while ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a passion for automobiles, with the ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively. Compensation will vary on level of experience. Walk-in interviews are welcomed! Please come by Busam Subaru and ask to speak with Nick or Tyler for an onsite, in person interview. Walk-in interviews are available Monday through Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm. Duties * Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in automobile purchases. * Utilize outside sales techniques to generate leads and close deals. * Conduct negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms while maintaining customer satisfaction. * Manage B2B sales opportunities, building relationships with businesses for fleet purchases. * Maintain an organized sales pipeline using CRM software to track interactions and follow-ups. * Upsell additional products and services that enhance the customer experience. * Provide support throughout the sales process, including inventory management and control. * Conduct cold calling efforts to reach potential customers and expand market reach. * Deliver presentations and engage in public speaking when necessary to promote dealership offerings. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new customers. * Ensure excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients, providing timely responses to inquiries. Qualifications * Proven experience in automobile sales or dealership experience is preferred. * Strong background in retail sales, demonstrating effective customer service skills. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on public speaking abilities. * Multilingual or bilingual candidates are highly desirable for diverse customer engagement. * Proficiency in CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities. * Familiarity with retail math and organizational skills to manage inventory effectively. * Experience in high-end sales environments is a plus, showcasing ability to cater to premium clientele. * Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures in outbound sales contexts.
