Full description of the position

Location : Based in Florida State, willing to travel in US. Company : Everylite is a leading LED lighting manufacturer based in Orlando, Florida, specializing in innovative lighting and signage solutions. Since 2013, we've built a reputation for delivering high-quality LED products --ranging from modules and power supplies to fully customized lighting systems --used in commercial, architectural, and retail applications across the U.S. and abroad. Our team takes pride in blending technology with craftsmanship, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of design, performance, and reliability. Role overview : As a Sales Representative for Everylite you will be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. The ideal candidate should have significant sales experience and be motivated to provide top-notch service to our clients, and strong presentation skills. We are seeking candidates with an in-depth knowledge of the region / assigned territory. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and a desire to learn. Key Responsibilities * Handle customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and credit terms; participate in regular meetings as required. * Negotiate pricing and sales or service terms in accordance with established company policies. * Engage with new and existing customers to understand needs, present relevant products or services, and conduct appropriate follow-up. * Highlight product features based on customer needs analysis and a working knowledge of product capabilities and limitations. * Contact prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain features, and coordinate order-related activities. * Conduct periodic visits to current customer locations to assess needs and support product or service promotion. * Support sales operations by following up on purchase orders, packaging and sample approvals, shipment status, and related communications with retail customers and domestic and international offices. * Track sales activity and support up-selling efforts when appropriate, including monitoring order status to help ensure timely delivery to customers. * Support customer retention initiatives. * Assist with new customer acquisition and account development efforts. * Build and maintain professional relationships aligned with company values. * Demonstrate leadership behaviors, commitment to self-development, and maintain appropriate documentation of results. * Communicate effectively across all organizational levels. * Apply a structured, process-oriented approach in daily work activities. * Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation as part of regular responsibilities. Qualifications * Strong customer focus , balancing customer needs with company values and policies. * Results-oriented mindset , with a demonstrated drive to achieve objectives. * Sales hunting capability , combined with the ability to build and adapt professional relationships. * Effective negotiation skills , with a proven ability to close opportunities. * Ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment , maintaining a positive and professional attitude. * Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time , with a base location in Florida. * Computer proficiency , including MS Office Suite, internet navigation, and order entry systems. * Strong value-driven behavior , aligned with company culture and ethical standards. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university. * Minimum 1-year sales experience. * Understanding of lighting/energy efficiency products is a plus.
