What You 'll Do * Serve as the first point of contact for customers--answer calls, assist with inquiries, and resolve issues promptly. * Accurately process orders, invoices, and special requests. * Support sales staff with account coordination and contractor communications. * Participate in inventory counts and monitor competitive pricing. * Maintain compliance with company policies and ensure proper documentation. * Knowledge of building materials and store products (cabinets, windows, doors, home decor). * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Familiarity with POS systems and basic accounting practices. * 5+ years of experience in lumber sales or related field preferred.
