Location: Multiple Locations Position: Sales Associate Part-Time / Full-Time Available Key Responsibilities: * Customer Service : Greet customers, assist with product selections, and provide knowledgeable recommendations to ensure a positive shopping experience. * Sales Goals : Achieve individual and team sales goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. * Product Knowledge : Stay informed about our products, promotions, and services to offer expert guidance. * Merchandising : Help maintain store presentation and inventory management. * Teamwork : Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a welcoming, inclusive environment for all customers. Requirements: * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Positive attitude and a willingness to learn. * Must be comfortable working in a retail environment with adult products. * Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. * Must be 18 or older to apply. * Must be able to work at all 3 locations. Como Asociado/a de Ventas, ser as responsable de: - Ofrecer un servicio al cliente excepcional, guiando a los clientes en sus compras y resolviendo sus dudas. - Mantener el area de ventas limpia, organizada y atractiva para los clientes. - Gestionar el inventario y asegurarte de que los productos esten siempre disponibles y bien exhibidos. - Realizar transacciones de ventas de manera eficiente y precisa. - Promover las promociones y ofertas especiales de la tienda. Requisitos: - Pasion por el servicio al cliente y las ventas. - Habilidad para comunicarte de manera clara y efectiva. - Actitud positiva y disposicion para aprender. - Ser responsable, confiable y puntual. - Experiencia previa en ventas o en atencion al cliente (deseable, pero no obligatorio).
