Participate in weekly training calls and complete comprehensive, in-house onboarding. Become an expert in 72SOLDs unique listing and sales process. Represent the company with the utmost professionalism. Negotiate contracts, oversee the closing process, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Collaborate with fellow agents to share strategies and maintain top performance.

What You Bring

Active Arizona Real Estate License (REALTOR preferred). Self-motivated, with superior people skills, energy, and integrity. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
