What You 'll Do As a Sales Professional, you'll help customers find the right powersports vehicle for their lifestyle and make their ownership experience unforgettable. Key Responsibilities * Engage customers on the sales floor, by phone, and online to understand their needs. * Match customers with the perfect ATV, motorcycle, or side-by-side. * Stay current on product specs, features, and promotions. * Conduct test rides and product walkarounds to demonstrate key features. * Accurately complete sales contracts, finance applications, and trade-in documentation. * Keep the showroom organized and ready for customers. * Log and track customer activity in the CRM to build long-term relationships. * Collaborate with Sales Managers and other departments to achieve dealership goals.
