Sales & Leasing Associate At Aushco, our Sales and Leasing Associates do important work. You'll be responsible for our marketing efforts, generating leads for potential new customers, and supporting leases and sales. Working closely with the Lead Broker--who is also the company owner--you'll guide clients through the entire leasing and sales process. Commercial real estate represents a significant investment for our clients. Our job is to instill confidence, reduce stress, and deliver results--all while enjoying the work we do. What You 'll Do * Engage in proactive outbound prospecting, networking, and relationship building. * Track and manage all sales and leasing activity in our systems to avoid missed opportunities. * Create and manage leasing reports that support client decision-making. * Provide timely, relevant information to tenants and landlords regarding market conditions, property values, and availability. * Conduct property tours, highlight property features and benefits, and explain lease terms and pricing. * Analyze market data to produce real estate reports on asking rents, tenant trends, historical performance, and comparisons. * Assist with preparing and responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs). * Support transaction activities, including drafting letters, documents, and agreements. * Participate in contract negotiations and assist clients through closing. * Engage in local community events and build relationships through involvement. * Support various marketing initiatives including direct outreach, social media, and branding efforts. What You 'll Need for Success Sales and Leasing Associates are vital to our team and customer experience. While a BS/BA degree is preferred, we welcome candidates with equivalent experience and strong real estate acumen. At least five years of related experience is ideal, but we value skill and professionalism above all. Licensing Requirements An active Maryland Real Estate Salesperson License is required. Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Excellent customer service and relationship management skills. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Understanding of space planning and tenant improvement processes. * Ability to interpret and manage complex business documents. * Basic financial and analytical proficiency. * Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills. * Willingness to learn and apply new tools and concepts quickly. * Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Compensation Commission-based compensation structure. Typical annual income potential: $50,000 - $300,000+, depending on production.
