Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Career W2 employee or Independent Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling various insurance products while providing exceptional customer service. As an Independent Agent or Career w2 employee, you will have the flexibility to work independently while leveraging your sales expertise to build strong client relationships and drive business growth. Responsibilities * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote insurance products. * Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess their needs. * Engage in outside sales activities, including networking and telemarketing, to generate leads. * Provide clients with detailed information about insurance options and benefits administration. * Analyze client requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. * Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive client information. * Collaborate with team members to enhance overall sales performance. Skills * experience helpful but not necessary in sales administration and retail sales, preferably in the insurance industry. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively. * . * Experience in outside sales and telemarketing is highly desirable. * Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving targets.
