Full description of the position
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Client Acquistion Specialist to join our team. The primary focus of this role is cold calling prospective clients and scheduling business meetings for our Account Executives. This role also involves supporting Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) by handling inbound calls and providing product and industry knowledge. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with effective communication skills, a deep understanding of industry trends, and the ability to quickly learn and communicate about our products and services. Key Responsibilities: * Schedule and coordinate business meetings for Account Executives with qualified leads. * Handle inbound calls as needed to assist Customer Service Representatives with client inquiries and support. * Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, and prospective customers. * Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to inform outreach strategies. * Gain in-depth product knowledge to effectively communicate features, benefits, and solutions of all Breeze products to potential clients. * Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and document all interactions in the CRM system. Qualifications: * Proven experience in business development, sales, or similar role is preferred. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. * Comfortable making cold calls and engaging with prospective clients. * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Familiarity with CRM systems and basic data entry. * Knowledge of industry trends and ability to quickly learn and retain product details. * Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed goals.
