Job title: Inside sales representative Date: 21st October 2025 Company: Reichdrill LLC Reichdrill LLC, is a leading manufacturer of high-performance drilling rigs, is seeking a motivated and organized Inside Sales Representative to join our commercial team. This role is ideal for a proactive communicator who enjoys building customer relationships, supporting the outside sales force, and keeping deals moving efficiently through the pipeline. Mission As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in supporting our sales operations connecting with prospects, managing follow-ups, and ensuring every opportunity receives timely attention. You'll work closely with our outside sales team and management to help convert leads into successful partnerships. Will be responsible for all aspect of Service management - Conduct calls and follow-ups with leads and customers to generate meetings and opportunities. - Support the outside sales team by scheduling calls or in-person visits following email campaigns or inquiries. - Prepare, send, and track commercial offers and quotations. - Monitor pending proposals and follow up with customers to clarify timing, next steps, and feedback. - Maintain accurate records of interactions, opportunities, and progress in the CRM system (Zoho). - Collaborate with marketing and operations to keep customer data and communications up to date. - Contribute to a positive, fast-paced sales culture focused on teamwork and results. - Approve and direct service operators that support maintenance operations - Integrate maintenance and project work into production schedule to efficiently complete work with minimal impact to plant production. - Ensure all sales are achieved on time and on budget Competences - Bachelor's Degree (Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred). - 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or business development. - Excellent verbal communication and follow-up skills - confident on the phone and professional by email. - Comfortable using CRM software (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive). - Strong organizational skills - Excellent communication skills - Knowledge of ERP software - French is a plus - Teamwork - Curiosity - Adaptability to a human size team and company - Honesty - Autonomy - Open minded What we offer - Hybrid work model with flexibility and autonomy. - Competitive salary and performance-based incentives. - Opportunity to grow within a well-established and globally active company. - A collaborative environment with direct exposure to experienced sales and technical leaders.
