The ideal candidate for this position is an autonomous, self- motivated, and energetic individual with an above average work ethic and excellent skills in sales, customer service, and interpersonal communication. * A+ rating on BBB * Owens Corning Platinum Contractor * James Hardie Partner * Member of BAGI (Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis) Responsibilities: * Generate leads through various methods including but not limited to customer facing, over the phone, and social media. * Conduct in-field marketing in areas surrounding our current and past customer projects. * Conduct thorough and detailed property assessments/inspections for potential customers. * Present assessments clearly and efficiently with potential customers. * Assist customers with decision making through clear and effective communication. * Engage with customers and negotiate prices on products and services based on today's market value. * Develop and maintain relationships with all necessary third-party entities. * Attend appointments set by In-Field Marketing Specialists. * Coordinate and manage all aspects of customer accounts, from initial inspection to project completion. * Accurately input data, organize and upload picture files, and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner. * Establish a high level of report with prospective clients. * Possess a willingness to learn and grow within our organization. * Collaborate with sales team and management on various strategies.
