Your Role: Partner with homeowners to diagnose existing issues with the exteriors of their homes and formulate a permanent repair solution. Assess needs, provide tailored solutions, and close deals Build lasting relationships based on trust and integrity * Key Qualifications: * Self-starter with minimal supervision. * Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. * Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to be persuasive * In-depth knowledge of exterior remodeling, including roofing, masonry, siding, gutters, and general construction. Preferred Experience: * 2+ years with Microsoft Office (preferred). * 5+ years in carpentry (preferred). * 1+ year in sales (preferred). Requirements: * 2+ years of computer skills (required). * Valid driver's license.
