Job Title: Sales Manager Location: St. Clair County, IL Salary Range: $65,000/yr - $80,000/yr, BOE Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team in the roofing industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management and a deep understanding of roofing products and services. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive revenue growth while maintaining excellent customer relationships. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets. * Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and partners. * Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. * Prepare and present sales reports to senior management. * Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
