Used Car Manager (Elite Operator Opportunity)

• $120,000 - $200,000+ total compensation, based on performance Central Florida Region- 40 Mile Radius of Orlando | Confidential Search A high-volume, performance-driven automotive operation in the Central Florida region is conducting a confidential search for an elite Used Car Manager. This opportunity is built for a proven, top-tier professional who consistently drives used vehicle volume, protects gross, manages inventory with precision, and leads with discipline and accountability. This is not a training role or a stepping-stone position. It is designed for experienced Used Car Managers who expect to be compensated at the top of the market for top-tier performance. What You 'll Do
• Own and drive used vehicle sales performance while protecting front-end gross
• Manage inventory acquisition, pricing, merchandising, and turn with discipline
• Lead, coach, and hold accountable a high-performing used car sales team
• Partner closely with executive leadership on inventory strategy and forecasting
• Maintain strong desk management and deal-structure integrity
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies, state regulations, and lender guidelines
• Set the standard for professionalism, urgency, and results across the used car operation
