Happy New Year! Douglas Construction is seeking motivated, driven individuals to join our growing Roofing Sales team. No roofing experience required -- we provide comprehensive, hands-on training and the support needed to succeed. Earning Potential

• $80,000-$90,000+ realistic first-year earning potential based on effort
• Top performers earn $200,000-$250,000+ annually
• Commission-based compensation with strong upside What You 'll Do
• Prospect and network to generate new residential and commercial leads
• Run company-provided and self-generated leads
• Conduct property inspections and estimates
• Present solutions and guide customers through the sales process
• Create work orders, take job photos, and communicate with internal teams
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships What We 're Looking For
• Willingness to prospect and work in an outside sales environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional, clean, and polished appearance
• Reliable transportation
• Sales, customer service, or hospitality experience is a plus (but not required)
