We are seeking a Commercial Sales Representative who possesses Passion, Drive and Enthusiasm! Commercial Sales Representative Overview: The Commercial Sales Representative will be required to develop, promote and sell to existing and new clients daily to generate energy savings and awareness through direct sales presentations while working closely with the Energy Brokers to meet sales goals. Employees will be compensated with a base salary plus commission. Commission is based off of your ability to sell. If you are a self driven individual then this position is for you! Duties and Responsibilities or a Commercial Sales Representative: * Track, measure and manage sales production toward goal * Promptly send proposals, contracts and other sales correspondence to all clients * Maintain an up -to-date accurate client file, database and tracking system * Responsible for full market knowledge as it relates to competitors and industry trends * Prepare sales reports and attend regular sales meetings * Network with hot, warm, and cold lists * Utilize various marketing methods to attract clients * Set appointments - no quotas * Follow up with set appointments Skills/ Qualifications for a Commercial Sales Representative: * Grit : We want people on our team that are fighting for something: family, individual success, restarting a career, etc: * Genuine and generous : We need people that love to help others succeed. * Go-Get-It Mindset - We need people that have inside of them the business owner mentality. * Growth mindset : We need people that are ready and willing to learn and change to make a better life for them, their family, and others. * Team oriented : For us, this is a celebrate or die kind of business.
