The Inside Sales CSR is responsible for converting online leads, reactivating past customers, and proactively outbound-calling homeowners to generate booked jobs for both the electrical and plumbing divisions. This role plays a major part in revenue generation and brand experience by making warm, confident contact with customers at the moments that matter. KEY OUTCOMES / KPI EXPECTATIONS Success in this role means measurable results: * Consistent lead response times under 5 minutes for online leads * Set daily/weekly outbound attempts + booked job quotas * Conversion targets from inquiry to scheduled appointment * Accurate notes + proper dispositioning of every lead * Maintains customer satisfaction ratings in line with 5-Star standards PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESOnline Lead Handling * Monitor website form submissions, chats, lead platforms, and social message inquiries * Respond to new leads rapidly, using proven call scripts + objection-handling techniques * Qualify homeowners, uncover service needs, and schedule appointments * Follow proper pricing/Service Call positioning (not quoting jobs) Outbound Calling + Campaigns * Call past customers, unscheduled estimates, and membership lists * Reactivate aging leads + present current offers and seasonal promotions * Track progress + contribute ideas to strengthen outbound performance Lead/Data Management * Document conversations thoroughly and accurately in ServiceTitan/CRM * Track and tag lead sources, outcomes, next steps * Share recurring objections + customer feedback with leadership Service + Brand Experience * Model Randy's core values: Be a Builder, Get the Job Done Right, Own the Experience, Be Intentional, Work Hard/Play Hard * Assist in the overflow group for inbound calls as part of the team * Communicate clearly and confidently; avoid technical speculation * Maintain positive and professional tone under pressure * Support team culture + actively participate in process improvement TOTAL COMPENSATION * 401(k) with company match. * Paid Time Off + Holiday Pay. * Medical & Dental insurance. * Short and Long-Term Disability coverage.
