Overview

As a Roofing Sales Consultant , you'll be the face of Built Roofing -- meeting homeowners in selected neighborhoods, educating them about roofing solutions, and guiding them through every step of the process. This is a door-to-door, outside sales position designed for motivated individuals ready to take control of their income and career. What We Offer

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through door-to-door sales and neighborhood canvassing
• Educate homeowners on roofing systems, services, and insurance claim options
• Conduct roof inspections and provide accurate estimates
• Build trust-based relationships with homeowners and clients
• Maintain communication, follow-ups, and CRM documentation
• Consistently engage with homeowners in the field (approx. 7 hours per day)

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or door-to-door canvassing (roofing or home improvement preferred)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and follow-up skills
• Self-motivated and disciplined with a strong work ethic
• High level of integrity -- you do the right thing even when no one is watching
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Positive, energetic attitude and team-first mindset

Compensation

• $80,000 - $110,000+ annually (based on performance)
• Commission pay, bonuses, and signing incentives
