Our company is a locally owned, high- volume cash home buyer in the metro Indianapolis area specializing in real estate investment acquisitions. Job Summary: We're looking for an energetic and organized Listing Coordinator to support our day-to-day operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys handling a variety of tasks, and communicates well with others. Key Responsibilities: * Perform accurate and timely data entry * Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner * Respond to emails with clarity * Manage and organize documents and files * Assist with general office duties as needed * Updating CRM from calls, emails, texts, and appointments * Showing Investment Properties to Investors Required Skills & Qualifications: * Strong phone communication skills * Proficient typing/data entry skills * Excellent attention to detail * Professional email etiquette * Outgoing, friendly, and customer-service oriented * Ability to stay organized and focused * Valid Drivers License Preferred Qualifications: * Sales-oriented * Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment * Experience working in a fast-paced office setting * Minimum one year in an office setting Job Type: Full-time Pay: $42,500.00 - $50,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Education: * Bachelor's (Preferred) Language: * English (Preferred) Shift availability: * Day Shift (Preferred) Ability to Commute: * Indianapolis, IN 46240 (Required) Work Location: In person
