Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Appraiser. As an Appraiser, you will be responsible for assessing the value of various items, such as jewelry. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for a keen eye for evaluating the worth of different items. We are also looking for someone who would be good in our show room who has good customer service .

Responsibilities

- Conduct appraisals of jewelry, antiques, and collectibles - Research and analyze market trends to determine the value of items - Provide accurate and detailed appraisal reports to clients - Assist customers in understanding the appraisal process and the value of their items - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient appraisal processes - Maintain organized records of appraisals and client information - Sales of fine jewelry

Requirements

- Gemologist - Strong knowledge of basic math principles for accurate calculations - Ability to effectively communicate and explain appraisal results to clients - Experience in jewelry sales or product demonstrations is a plus - Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple appraisals simultaneously - Proficient phone etiquette for handling client inquiries and scheduling appointments If you have a passion for evaluating the worth of items and providing exceptional customer service and sales, we encourage you to apply for the position of Appraiser.
