This is an in-person role focused on high-impact, face-to-face sales and service within the local community. In this position, you will represent AT&T's premier clients throughout the local region, moving beyond the desk to engage directly with customers. This role provides an immediate opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the retail and customer-facing sectors of the business, specializing in prospect qualification, in-person product promotion, and seamless service execution. Key Responsibilities
:
- Develop new business opportunities through direct, face-to-face sales engagement , leveraging existing relationships, participating in full-time sales training, qualifying leads in-person , and directly reaching out to potential clients.
- Assist in creating and executing a strategic sales plan to identify and prioritize key locations within the territory provided
- Exceed sales goals by participating in campaigns/programs to continually move new business through the sales cycle
- Identify, qualify, and close prospective target accounts and provide excellent service to existing customers
- Consult with management to develop a thorough understanding of current product's needs, challenges, and trends to offer solutions that are tailored to each customer's needs
- Provide expert product knowledge presentations that showcase products and services to potential customers
Qualifications
:
- Some college coursework completed.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred, with a demonstrated ability to interact with customers and handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in all customer interactions and internal communications.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet goals and deadlines.

Compensation

- Commission Structure : Benefit from a high-earning model with $40 -$300 per unit finalized.
- Earning Potential : Most full-time team members achieve a weekly take-home between $800 and $1,200.
