We are recruiting for our fast-growing, highly motivated/compensated team. Execute the one call close process. * Passionate about sales and growing a business as part of a tight-knit team. * Desire to work in a fast-paced, high energy, high-performance culture. * Comfortable living outside of your comfort zone to build something great. * Adhere to proven sales process and help leadership innovate for increase closing ratios. * Convert inbound leads into customers at proven ratios. * Call existing customers to upgrade them and reduce attrition. * Other tasks as assigned. Qualifications * Strong internal drive to succeed and willingness to do whatever it takes to win. * 1-2 years' experience in sales. * Superior communication skills and ability to build fast relationships over the phone. * Willingness and desire to be coached and constantly grow in your career. * HS and/or equivalent.
