We are recruiting for our fast-growing, highly motivated/compensated team. Base pay + commission, plenty of room for growth.

Responsibilities

• Sustain daily high-volume activity metrics that have proven success for the existing team.
• Close new business consistently at or above quota level. Execute the one call close process.
• Passionate about sales and growing a business as part of a tight-knit team.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, high energy, high-performance culture.
• Comfortable living outside of your comfort zone to build something great.
• Adhere to proven sales process and help leadership innovate for increase closing ratios.
• Convert inbound leads into customers at proven ratios.
• Call existing customers to upgrade them and reduce attrition.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Strong internal drive to succeed and willingness to do whatever it takes to win.
• 1-2 years' experience in sales.
• Superior communication skills and ability to build fast relationships over the phone.
• Willingness and desire to be coached and constantly grow in your career.
• HS and/or equivalent.

Compensation
