This is a unique opportunity to become a pioneering member of our sales team. Initially, you will work closely with the owners, gaining invaluable insights and shaping the future of our sales division. As the first sales representative besides the owners, you have the potential to grow and eventually lead your own sales team. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct door-to-door sales to promote our construction and remodeling services. * Deliver compelling pitches, showcasing our cost-effective solutions and unmatched warranties. * Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients. * Understand client needs and offer customized solutions. * Report feedback and insights to management to continually improve our sales strategies.
