You'll be assigned a local territory where you'll walk into businesses, learn about their current provider, and show them how CMC can deliver the same or better service at a better price. In this role, you will: * Walk into 20-30 local businesses each day * Start 3-6 quality conversations with decision-makers * Provide side-by-side comparisons of current telecom bills * Close accounts and coordinate handoff to fulfillment team * Train weekly with top reps and level up fast What You Can Earn * First full month: $4,000 to $7,000 * Trained reps: $8,000 to $12,000+ per month What You Can Earn Over Time * Top closers: $12,000 to $20,000+ per month * Team leads: $200,000 to $500,000+ annually This is a commission-based role.
