Job description Outside Sales Representative (Hybrid) - Hourly + Commission The ideal MRC Sales Rep has experience in the construction and demolition industries. You will generate leads, qualify prospects, and create strong, mutually beneficial business relationships that result in a continuous revenue stream. Promoting and selling MRC services will be done in-person, on the phone, and online. This position pays a flat fee plus commission. Required Skills * Experience in sales software and data analysis. * Strong communication abilities with attention to detail. * Proficient at outside sales and negotiation. * Strong Internet/Microsoft Office/computer skills. * Effective online and direct marketing. * Market research expertise. Competencies * An ability to set goals with proven success in sales. * Prior experience with one or more of our customer groups: Contractors, Property Managers, Real Estate Agents, and Homeowners. * Established relationships with industry customers. * Fast learner with the ability to prioritize tasks and time. * A strong drive, work ethic, and interpersonal skills. * Cooperative and flexible to support the needs of the owner and other MRC employees * Openness to feedback. * Familiarity with CRM practices. * Experience and comfort with a variety of customer communication strategies, including cold calling. Job Goals * Continuously develop an understanding of our customers' needs and effective solutions. * Generate revenue with incremental and time-based goals. * Effectively use sales software to log leads and to monitor results. * Collaborate with other MRC employees to understand and grow the business. * Build productive professional relationships. * Produce results that enable MRC to grow. Schedule and Pay * $20 hourly plus commission. * Full-time: 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday. * Part-time: 4-hour shift, days are flexible. * Traditional business hours are 7am - 5pm. * Work location (Hybrid): MRC office, home, and customer locations. * Must be in-office one day per week. This day can be agreed to later. Requirements * Include updated resume and reference(s). * Reliable cell phone and computer. * Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * US Citizen.
