STL CityWide is seeking a motivated and results-driven Leasing Agent to join our growing sales team. This is a full-time, commission-based role with strong earning potential for individuals who thrive in a performance-oriented environment. You will be responsible for marketing, showing, and leasing apartments across our expanding portfolio throughout St. Louis , including Central West End, Soulard, and Downtown. This role is primarily field-based and involves daily in-person property tours. Key Responsibilities * Conduct property tours and lease apartments across multiple locations * Engage and follow up with prospective residents to close leases * Match prospects with appropriate units based on needs and availability * Maintain accurate leasing and prospect records * Collaborate with the leasing and property management teams to meet monthly goals Qualifications * Sales or leasing experience preferred (training available for the right candidate) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented * Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple prospects * Reliable transportation required Compensation & Incentives This position offers uncapped earning potential based on performance. * $150 -$200 commission per completed lease * Monthly performance bonuses: * $2,000 bonus for 10+ leases in a month * $1,750 bonus for 8-9 leases * $1,500 bonus for 5-7 leases * Top-performing agents consistently close 400+ leases annually Benefits * 401(k) with company matching * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off Schedule * Full-time * Monday through Friday This role is ideal for driven professionals seeking growth, flexibility, and the opportunity to directly control their income through performance.
