Medium sized asset based transportation company based in the USA with 5 offices nationwide are looking to appoint a Freight Broker- to oversee Business Development across their Over Dimensional/Flatbed Domestic Division Company profile: 340 Flat Bed Assets / 30 Dry Vans 3 Owned Warehouses 87 Employees Privately owned A Credit Operations Team to support carrier network Responsibilities of the job: * Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively. * Oversee the sales process to attract new clients. * Foster a collaborative environment within the organization. * Gain more market share across Flatbed, Over Dimensional, Project Freight and Heavyhaul * Drive sales and results across the sales team/ weekly calls and mentoring INDUS Job Type: Full-time Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Compensation Package: * Commission pay Schedule: * Monday to Friday Work Location: Remote
